Four years into this journey, I’ve never felt more liberated. Although I’ve faced more setbacks and losses than I’d like to admit, each experience has been a valuable lesson in growth. I also recognize that no one can entirely change their negative emotions, but I believe that these emotions can be reshaped into something beneficial.
